Kansas Informational Meetings Regarding Licensure
We are working on a bill for licensure of massage therapists in Kansas. A bill was introduced last year and is currently in committee. In an effort to move the bill forward in the 2020 legislative session, we are working to educate massage therapists.
We apologize for the late notification about today’s meeting; we learned about these meetings this weekend.
We are working with AMTA to get the word out. Come and have your questions and concerns answered and learn more about the legislation in a series of meetings with AMTA leadership and their lobbyist. ABMP members will also be there, and the ABMP Government Relations director will attend one of the future meetings.
Learn what actions you can take as a massage therapist to support long-overdue licensure in the Sunflower State!
